In short
- Your palm photo is used to read the visible lines, then discarded. We do not keep it unless you choose to save it on your phone.
- Your saved readings, questions, photos and birth details stay on your phone. You can delete them at any time.
- We never sell your data, show you ads based on it, or use fear to sell you anything.
What we process, and why

We do not collect your contacts, location, microphone recordings (voice input is converted to text by your phone's own speech service), or advertising ID.
AI providers
To read photos and write guidance we use OpenAI. They process the request for us and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. They may keep it for a limited period to detect abuse.
How long we keep data
- Palm photos and questions on our server: not stored after the answer is returned.
- Usage record: while you use the app; erased when you choose "Delete all my data".
- Purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (for example 8 years).
- Data on your phone: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Your choices and rights
- Delete all my data (Profile): erases your saved readings, questions, photos and birth details from your phone, and your usage record from our server. Purchased credits are removed too.
- You can remove birth details, delete saved reports, or turn off saving photos at any time.
- You may ask for access, correction or erasure of your data, or raise a grievance, by writing to rekhank.admin@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by not using photo checks or by deleting your data.
Children
This app is for adults aged 18 and over.
Important note about readings
Readings are traditional reflection and guidance. They are not predictions, and not medical, legal, financial or relationship advice. For decisions about health, money or law, please consult a qualified professional.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Our server checks that requests come from the genuine app. Access to our systems is restricted, and secrets are never stored in the app.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
